Presenting companies must be headquartered in Europe (including Eastern Europe, Turkey and Israel), and the founder and/or CEO be available on 14 October 2010 to present at the Innovation Exchange conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Only companies meeting the following criteria should apply:

  • Proven, breakthrough technology

  • Worldwide market ambition

  • Quality management team

  • Evidence of commercial traction

  • Strength of third-party validation

The application process itself is quite straightforward and simply requires you to submit a completed company profile (template provided), plus your latest business plan or executive summary and a general company presentation, all of which can be uploaded directly onto the Innovation Exchange website.

Please follow the steps below to complete your application:

  • Go to http://www.techtour.com/Registration.htm

  • Follow instructions to fill out your registration

  • Prepare and upload the relevant documents (company profile, presentation, executive summary or full business plan)

  • Your company’s application and associated documents will then be in the Innovation Exchange database and available for immediate review and assessment by the Selection Committee

  • If you wish to amend or update any of the documents you have submitted, log in again and upload new versions , observing the naming / dating convention specified. This will ensure that the reviewers are looking at the relevant version of presented documents.

Companies selected to present at the 2010 Innovation Exchange will be notified by September at the latest, but you might receive a brief due diligence call from a member of the selection committee before then.
