Laura Shen Lefranc is a partner and co-founder of Headway Capital Partners, a London based private equity secondaries firm with advised funds of over €200 million. Headway provides liquidity to investors seeking an exit from their private equity assets, including both limited partnership interests and portfolios of direct investments. Headway invests globally in all stages from venture to buyout and focuses on small to mid size secondary transactions.

Prior to co-founding Headway in early 2004, Laura and her two partners were part of the investment team at secondaries firm Coller Capital. Prior to that, Laura was part of the leveraged buyout investment team at Bain Capital in Boston. She started her career in the leveraged finance group of Goldman Sachs in New York.

Laura received a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, where she was a Siebel Scholar and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College.
