Private equity in
2010: evolution or revolution? |
Mr. Roesch is head of Auda’s European private equity primary fund investment
activities, based in Bad Homburg. He has 17 years of industry
experience, 13 of which are dedicated private equity experience.
Prior to joining Auda, Mr. Roesch
worked closely with the firm
for a year as Head of Private
Equity at Harald Quandt Holding,
responsible for the family’s
global private equity funds investments.
Previously, Mr. Roesch held positions
at Deutsche Bahn AG Holding,
where he was primarily engaged
in M&A
and JV projects in Europe, and
at Triton, where he focused on
buyout opportunities in Germany.
He began his career in international
funds of funds and direct investing
in the mid-1990s as a Senior
Investment Manager with Deutsche
Beteiligungs-AG, where he was
responsible for the management
and build-up of the global private
equity portfolio of funds investments
as well as direct co-investments
in Asia, Western Europe and subsequently
in the US, following three years
as an M&A advisor with BHF-Bank AG in Frankfurt.
