Jonathan Kaye is one of the Founding Partners of Darwin Private Equity LLP. Darwin is an independent private equity firm focused on the UK lower mid-market. Darwin was founded in 2007 and is currently investing from Darwin Private Equity I LP which has commitments totalling £217 million from blue chip investors including Goldman Sachs, Pantheon Ventures, LGT Capital Partners and RIT Capital Partners plc.

Before Darwin, Jonathan worked at CVC Capital Partners for over 7 years. Jonathan focuses on the Consumer Products and Financial Services sectors. His deal experience includes Maximuscle, Formula One, the AA, IG Group, Kwik-Fit and Collins Stewart.
