Jeremy joined Fuji Bank in 1988 from HSBC. At MHCB, he has overall responsibility for the LBO/MBO franchise, syndications, fund management, mezzanine finance and equity fund businesses in Europe, US and Asia. Under his supervision, MHCB has been involved in financing over 350 buy-out transactions, of which it has lead or joint-managed over 100 transactions and has underwritten in excess of US$25 billion of debt.

A veteran of the LBO market, Jeremy has over 19 years experience in the structured and leveraged finance business.

Jeremy holds a B.A (Honours) degree in Business Administration and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Jeremy is an Executive Officer of the Bank, being the first non-Japanese to achieve this status in the bank’s history.
