Michael is a founder and partner of Activa Capital and has over 20 years private equity and capital markets experience.

Prior to founding Activa Capital, he worked as Director of French equities at UBS Warburg (Paris). Previously Michael worked as a French equity specialist with Bankers Trust Paris (ex-NatWest Markets), was Director of French Equity Sales and Analysis at Nomura Bourse (Paris), which he founded, and was a French equity analyst with Kleinwort Benson, where he established the Paris-based Equity Research Department.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Geneva (Sciences Commerciales et Industrielles) and holds an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP).
