Jean-Paul Bernardini (ESSEC, Law Degree) is Chief Executive Officer of NI Partners and Member of the Management Board of Natixis Private Equity .

Jean-Paul Bernardini began its career at Andersen Consulting before joining Banque Paribas in 1986. In 1989 he joined Paribas Affaires Industrielles, which became PAI Partners. He was in charge of investments in the building and civil engineering and transportation sector before becoming Deputy Financial Director and finally taking charge of investments in IT services, telecommunications and electrical equipment.

Jean-Paul Bernardini joined Natixis Investissement Partners ( N.I. Partners ) in 2004 as a partner in and later as a member of the Board of Directors and eventually as CEO. He also joined the management Board of Natixis Private Equity in January 2008.

He is a Vice President of the Board of French Investors Capital Association (AFIC).
