The conference will commence on Wednesday 10 March 2010 at 10.30 with an LPs’ only programme ending at 15.30. It will be followed by a conference session open to LPs and GPs from 16.30 until 18.00. The first day will close with the Rotating Networking dinner in the InterContinental Hotel at 20.00.
On Thursday 11 March 2010, the LP-GP conference session will start at 09.00 and will end with a lunch at 13.15 the same day.

Networking:
As networking is one of the main reasons for attending an EVCA Investors’ Forum, we endeavoured to make this as simple as possible and provide every opportunity for you to network easily.
As an Investors’ Forum participant, you benefit from:
- A bistro-style networking lounge which will be at your disposal throughout the Investors’ Forum where you can meet up with your contacts. Coffee and soft drinks will be permanently available free of charge.

The fee includes participation in the conference, conference papers, refreshments, luncheon and networking dinner.
The fee does NOT include accommodation or travel expenses, please see section entitled "Accommodation" for further details.
Registration for the EVCA Investors’ Forum is restricted to limited partners and EVCA full members (i.e. general partners) only.
Exceptions are secondary funds, funds of funds, gatekeepers and placement agents that have EVCA membership.
By sending your registration, you are agreeing to provide the necessary information.

* For the purposes of the EVCA Investors’ Forum, we define ´limited partner’ as an institutional investor such as a government organisation, a pension fund, an insurance company, a corporate investor, a family office, a foundation or an endowment.

How to Pay:
Please complete the online registration form. Participants are requested to pay the registration fee by cheque, bank transfer or credit card in EURO as shown on the registration form.
Bank transfers should be made net of all bank charges and commission to either the international bank transfer account number: IBAN BE33 3300 5785 0046 (Swift/BIC: BBRUBEBB), or domestic bank transfer account number: 330-0578500-46 at ING, Stationsstraat 78, B - 1930 Zaventem, Belgium.
A copy of the bank transfer should be mailed to EVCA. To avoid confusion, participants are requested to indicate clearly their name and address on transfer orders and cheques.
Acknowledgement of registration, a receipt for fee payment and practical information will be sent to participants once the registration form and payment have been received.
Payment by credit card is required for all registrations after 10 February 2010. Registration will only be effective after the appropriate fees have been received by EVCA.
Cancellation/Change of delegate:
If a registered delegate is unable to attend the forum, a colleague from the same company may take their place at anytime.
However, cancellation of attendance will only be accepted if received in writing by the EVCA Secretariat by 10 February 2010.
Fees (less 20% administrative charges) will then be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.
Accommodation:
Accommodation for the conference attendees has been reserved at the the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva , the Rotary Hotel and Novotel Genève Centre .
The prices quoted are per day in Swiss Francs.
Delegates wishing to make a hotel booking under the pre-booking agreement must mail or fax a copy of the accommodation forms directly to the hotel.
Every reservation should be guaranteed by a credit card covering one night’s deposit. Reservations without a deposit cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled by the hotel.
Accounts, less any deposits, will be payable to the hotel on departure.
Liability:
EVCA cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses of any nature (such as, but not limited to, hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference by a participant who is prevented for any reason (such as, but not limited to, the unavailability of transportation), from attending the conference.
We recommend that participants take out a travel insurance policy to cover any such eventualities as well as covering the potential loss of or damage to personal possessions.
Languages:
The working language of the conference will be English.
Suggested attire:
During the conference sessions, welcome reception and dinner - professional business attire.

EVCA INVESTORS' FORUM
This is a unique two-day EVCA event addressing key investor issues. The conference provides a forum for institutional and other professional investors to meet with EVCA full members for an open exchange of views and ideas. Participation is limited to equal numbers of LPs and GPs (limited to a maximum of 200 each) to provide the highest quality networking opportunities. It includes a private LP-only Forum on the first day, followed by the full LP-GP Forum.

The EVCA Investors' Forum is open to EVCA full members and funds of funds (EVCA members).
